Return Period

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the item meets our return conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Acceptable Returns:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Items must be clean and free from any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • Items must include all original packaging and labels
  • Items must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items damaged by misuse or improper care
  • Items returned without original packaging or labels
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Step 2: Return Authorization
Our team will provide you with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (where applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Package your item(s) securely in original packaging
  • Include the return authorization number
  • Use the provided return label or ship to the address provided
Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or colors within our current collection, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be initiated within the same 30-day period as returns.

To request an exchange:

  • Specify the item you’d like to exchange for
  • We’ll confirm availability and provide exchange instructions
Refund Process

Processing Time:

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Refund Amount:

  • Full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. Include your order number in your email

We will:

  • Arrange immediate replacement at no cost to you
  • Provide prepaid return shipping for the damaged item

Gift Returns

Items purchased as gifts can be returned following the same guidelines. If you don’t have the original receipt, please contact us at support@elsiecold.com with the recipient’s name and approximate purchase date.

Gift recipients may:

  • Return items for store credit
  • Exchange for different sizes or colours
  • Request original purchaser contact for refund processing
